About the Role
As a Home Care Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting elderly and disabled clients with daily living activities in their homes. Your care and companionship will help our clients continue aging in place safely and comfortably.
What You’ll Do
? Assist with daily personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
? Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
? Offer medication reminders (no administration)
? Engage clients in conversation, hobbies, and light activities
? Assist with mobility and provide support during errands or appointments
? Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions to the supervisor
Who You Are
? Compassionate, patient, and dependable
? Experienced in caregiving or willing to learn
? Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
? Able to pass a background check
? CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
? High school diploma or GED preferred
? Driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred for travel-based care)
